In May 1999, JUTEC Corp., Kuwazawa Trading CO., LTD. and Ochisangyo CO., LTD. formed a nationwide network, making a business tie-up called the NEST group. The three aforementioned companies, each boasting of community-based service, created this business tie-up so as to construct a nationwide network from Hokkaido to Kyushu that allows a speedy response to customers’ requirements, thereby responding to the rapidly changing management environment and reducing costs. The ultimate goal of this is to bring about business growth as well as to provide customers with our best service and to expand markets together with customers.

NEST is a network that takes its name from the first letter of the words North, East, and South where the three companies are respectively located in Japan. A nest is a home, that is, a place where you feel comfortable and relaxed. NEST’s wish is that “every building material makes its first flight from here” and “making a house is making a nest.”

The NEST group provides its sales agents and builders with a “membership-based NEST housing quality assurance system” and “PB products (i.e., private brand products).”
